    Two questions!

    1. What's apple juice concentrate?
    2. Do you think I could use egg whites instead of egg beaters?

    Thanks! :)

    1. Apple juice concentrate is a boiled down form of apple juice that is much sweeter and a great natural substitute for sugar iin baked goods. It can be found in the freezer section next to frozen fruits. You could probably also use honey or agave nectar, but I don't know how that would turn out.
    2. If you were to use an egg white, I would double or triple the rest of the recipe as an egg white is equal to 2 or 3 tbsp egg beaters.
