I went back ans look today at lunch a had a 110calorie Wholly Guacamole pack with my salad 10 fat grams!!!! I guess I need to just be more cautious of stuff like that. Thanks for responding. :smile:

I did day 1 last week. I been doing gym sense but I would really like to stick with the shred. It is hard. So I know it must work. I would love some encouragement. think I will start with day 1 again tomorrow :)

I recently got a HRM to use. and I usually get between 600-700 cal burn. Once it was 918, that was a kick BUTT Class that night. Thanks I am a ZUmbaholic!!!!:wink:

Of Course that is why I am on here too. But one thing I have learned is that I have to hold myself accountable! I am going to mess up sometimes. I just try harder not to and when it happens I move on, learn, and get right back up. You can do it!

It just depends on what I do, If I feel like taking a walk knowing I am going to the gym later I will.

This is my day 6 and I have loved it! So easy to keep up with the Calories! Makes it fun. Good Luck!

I started by walking. Going for a good walk is good, it is still quiet. You may like that, if it is to cold to walk outside then find a treadmill. then once you are comfortable with walking add more things that interest you. (hint) Use the hand weights while walking.Good Luck!
