There are proteins out there that are for Lactose intolerant people. I use Gold Standard Whey protein (GNC) But I'm switching to a Isagenixs Protein

I wear cotton thongs all the time, the am work out I come home and shower, evening work out, I change into fresh ones before working out and shower afterwards. :) I hope you win your debate. :)

I use to work out in the evening and I found I couldn't sleep, now that I do double sessions (morning & evening), sleep isn't an issue. I'm usually exhausted. My dinner is pretty much a Protein shake after my night work out. Good Luck. :)

I'm in. :) I push every day... :) Need to stay disciplined!!! :)

This is the best product. All the protein is absorbed into your body, not like others.

That's incredible!!! Congratulations!!!! Keep up the great work. :)

I make eye contact every time I catch them. It's funny as all hell to watch them turn away very quickly.... :) It's my little way to let them know they were caught... hehehehehehehe. :)

I'm finally happy with my stomach. I also do 30 minutes of Cardio every day (ellipital)

I may add you but not say hi, I do add if that person posted something that is helpful to me and my journey. I also add for the support and / or maybe inspire people if they see or read what I post. I don't have much time to say Hi, but when I am on here and I see a post, I do try to take the time to write something.

Thank you for this answer. :) I would start building now and not worry about the scale. I was at 22% body fat about 5 months ago and according to my mirror and measurements I have lost more fat by building my muscle. I have been working out for three years and my trainer had me doing 3 sets of 10 with weight that I could…

This is more like my answer... :) LOL

That goes for me too... LOL :)

A lot of people suggested the same thing, my only problem is I don't like brown rice (but do eat it from time to time) and Sweet potatoes are the worst tasting thing ever... LOL Trying to change the way I think about them.
-
That was where I was at, confuze!!! LOL :) I work with a trainer for my routine. :) Just changed it up and will be using that routine for a month now, will change again once the month is up. :)

Fantastic answer And hopefully you are already engaging in resistance training at least 3x a week
YES of course I am. :) :) :) I'm at the gym doing different things every day. :) I change it up quiet often to get the most out of me muscles. :) I do go easy on Saturday's and Sunday's (it kills me but I do it) but…

If your goal is simply to lose fat and (this part is key) you do not have any insulin related medical conditions, then you don't need to take a low carb approach. You still can if you want, but there's no real advantage in doing so and you're only potentially eliminating foods you enjoy which can create a tougher time in…

What are your reasons for wanting to go low carb?
@ Sidesteal - Need to reduce my fat % by 7.

I ended up getting a FT4 and I love it. :) I found it for $89.00. :) Would really like to get a monitor that tracks my calorie burned all day long, will be getting one of those soon. :) Thank you everyone. :)

The belly fat is the last part of the body to get rid of, so don't give up, cardio and diet is key for this. I had this problem myself, It's three years of workout and I'm just starting to like what my stomach looks like, I actually retain all my water there, now that's tough one.
-
It has to do with VO2 Max, this is one of the deciding factors on how many calories you actually burn, each person is different. It's best to use a Heart Rate Monitor to get a true calorie burn. I have a Polaris F4 and I love, it's extremely accurate and very easy to use.

Please feel free to add me anyone. :) I do my best to be supportive. :)

I agree, also form is important so you don't hurt yourself. I was right there with you when I first started, I am now up to 30 pounds!! :)
-
I use to have 2 sugars in one cup. After months of reducing the sugar, I now take it black. :)

Not a good day to read this. LOL.. I'm starving today. I think my double work out sessions are starting to catch up with me... Body is finally reacting to the increase of exercise!!! LOVE IT!!!! OK, food I would have to say my mother's stuffing and gravy, Bacon and Scallops I can eat with Lobster and claim strips. Oh I…

Noises don't bother me any, I have my music up so loud I don't hear anything unless someone drops weight. What bother's me is people staring, be a gentlemen/women and look with out being noticed. :)
-
Not sure if this will be motivating or not but I"m going to tell you my story: I weighted 175 back in 2009. I started working out with a bunch of cheerleaders, changed my eating habits just a little bit and I lost 20 pounds in a month. I couldn't believe the difference in how good I felt, wasn't as tired during the day. :)…

You don't have to kick your *kitten* at the gym to lose weight. You need to push yourself a little harder each day you go. From what I have read and have been told by a couple of different trainers is when you have done your cardio, your done burning calories. If you had some weight lifting into your work out, you will…

This is a great idea!! :)

I agree!!!!! You can have the best looking body but if you think your "all that", it's a total turn of!!! I like a man that works hard to stay in shape (naturally) and is down to earth. Could care less about the 6 pack abs, I'm more of a shoulder, back and arm person myself. Being Lean is better.
-
I'm ok with 6-pack abs!!! :) :)
