Well that's me finished 3A. My stats 1 arm snatch - 8kg to 10kg db single leg deadlift - 8kg to 9kg - brought it back to 8 today cos i found i was curving my back, so need to work on that bb row - 15kg to 20kg - think i could go higher but like the deadlift I can round my back so working on the form for this db single are…

amsparky - awesome keep pushing missmaggie - feel the burn yeah?! :tongue: feels good though just did my 2nd workout A had better form on the one leg deadlift, managed to keep hips and shoulder square. Also felt amazing bench pressing 12.5kg DB - I'm using the big boy weights :glasses: my PB on the BWM is 2:45

Well I made it throught the weekend! Yeah :happy: Gotta keep the momentum going, finished workout 2 of stage 3A of NROL4W :) Gotta try and lower my carbs and up the protein as am not hitting my goals at the moment. Hope everyone is still with it! :bigsmile:
