Well haven't had the best start, was Lily's 2 month immunisations yesterday so that meant yesterday was a write off and today the weather is miserable. no the rash on my stomach is more like small red lumps and to be honest this is the one part that doesnt itch too badly.Its more my arms and legs that really drive me crazy. i have been prescribed steroid cream and anti-histamines but they dont really seem to be making any difference. but something is definitely making it…

i dont think it is eczema, the rash on my stomach doesnt look anything like eczema although the rash in the crease of my arms does. i have had a blood test and they came back okay apart from an "inflammation in the blood" whatever that means. i have been referred to a dermatologist im hoping they will do some allergy tests…

Enter your food before you eat it, i find it makes you think about what you are eating and change things accordingly. Feel free to add me, support and motivation is the best part of MFP :smile:

Thanks for the tips guys....is any type of cardio okay i.e Stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical im conscious of not doing anything to bulk them up anymore :laugh:

I've read alot of people on here saying they hated level 2 and couldnt wait to get on to level 3. But im actually enjoying it so far minus the shoulder soreness. I'm hoping a day off today and then back on it tomorrow will sort it out :-)

My weight last week was 186.25 this week im at 185.25, so lost a pound this week which im happy with after a bad weekend. have really been slacking with exercise the last few weeks so this week im aiming for 2500 calories!

I first noticed a difference after a stone and a half but that was only cause i took pics of myself in my underwear and put them side by side. I've not lost 2 stone 2lbs and i can really see a difference in normal photos from nights out. Dont be disheartened, unfortunately it's normally us who notice our own weight loss…

Hi, i also work two jobs have a normal 9 - 5 job during the week and then work in a night club for 3 nights as well. I suppose im lucky in one way that my second job is in a nightclub it means that i can work out inbetween the two jobs, but it really is a case of fitting it in when i can. it's inline with the widest part of my hips, i dont mind being curvy i have big boobs, hips and booty but this literally is in the shape of a C on my backside. (im probably not explaining this very well :laugh: )
