Well I don't have too much trouble with protein (thanks to protien shakes and chicken!), I usually get about 100g a day so we'll keep at that. I started this challenge at 183, but had gained up to 186, as of today I'm at 180!!! Hopefully I'll continue to go down!!

I typically seem to eat around 55-80grams of protein a day. I also tend to go for higher protein and lower carbs daily. I think i'll aim for 65 grams a day average0

Wanted to share my protein shake I had for dinner last night
1 cup ice cubes (0 cals)
1 cup almond milk unsweetened (40 cals)
1 scoop smart sense 100% whey protein (chocolate) (110 cals)
1 tsp instant coffee (0 cals)
1 tbsp of Better n' PB ..... SO YUMMY (50 cals)
SO GOOD!!! I had this with a salad and was so full!!!0 -

Just checking in. I've been doing well with my protein intake this week. I typically don't have a problem with protein or fiber because I'm on the Weight Watchers which calculates its PointsPlus values based partly on protein and fiber. My really problem is exercise :blushing:0

Checking -in looks like everyone has done wonderfully..... I have done my best to eating more protein this week thanks to these challenges :0)
However, this week has been by far one of my worst weeks thus far since I started my life style change back in January and I am scared of the what if.... "Am I going to go backwards on my progresss?" NO RIGHT!! I know but I haven't done much of any thing this week as far as my workouts... I know we are to be positive which I am but needed to know if anyone else has felt this way before and if so what did you do to kick your self in the butt and out of that state of mind??

Hey ladies.
I am so sorry I've been miss fir the past 2 weeks. Family situation, last week, and this week my family and I started Ramadan.. So I have been fasting about 13 hours each day for religious reasons.
I weighed myself Monday and I was 205. But yesterday I was 203. Csn someone upload my information onto the spreadsheet? I'm using my phone to write this post and it so hard. My computer has a virus, 3 weeks now, and hoping get it fixed soon.
Ihope to keep logging in even if this month is brutal on my health and system.
