Stubborn Thighs!

I've been cycling at least 3 times a week, and this week I've been cycling everyday. So I've been exceeding my cardio for the week, and I have been losing weight. But I'm surprised that my thighs don't seem to be toning up, any advice guys? Should I start doing squats? Any other good exercises for thighs?

Ride in a higher gear, you will go faster, but have to push harder. Keep it up!0

you could try these.... lunges, squats, leg presses and deadlifts will become your new bff's.

Lunges& squats are my best friend. I have pretty toned thighs since I've started doing them daily.0

Im always so scared to do squats and lungs. Because I have had 3 knee surgery. What I have been doing is treadmill 30 minutes, free weights and elpitacal.0

I've noticed a big change in the size of my thighs by doing front and backwards lunges, squats and side lunges. I credit it all to Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD. There's like 4 different sets of lunges in the 30 minutes.0
