Hello everyone! I apologize for the delay in posting a new thread. I have been a bit hectic this morning already! UGH LOL But everyone please post your weight on the thread and the spreadsheet!
We are going back to my favorite challenge "Burn Baby Burn"! Why? Because I see that we seem to get a great number of participants and posts on this one....so if ain't broke....don't fix it! LOL

Great i just start workout again this morning (being slacking for a few days more like 10 ) so i am setting my Burn Baby Burn to 3500 calories for the week
Monday ...........408 calories burn (35 mins walk/ jogging and 15 min stretching )

My weight last week was 186.25 this week im at 185.25, so lost a pound this week which im happy with after a bad weekend. have really been slacking with exercise the last few weeks so this week im aiming for 2500 calories!0

I lost 2 pounds this week! I am getting back on track this month. This week is going to be challenging because I have a 3 day convention but I have a plan.

CW: 222.6 Total loss this week of 3.9 pounds. Dont know how I managed that considering I had fast food 2 mights in a row and right before weigh in. But hey im not complaining...lol...I wish I could loose this much every week lol...My burn baby burn goal is going to be 3000. I will be pushing considering the only exercise I have been doing is walking I will have to add something to it a couple times this week to meet my goal.

morning ladies!
my baby burn goal will be 1200. I am still fasting so its very hard to do intensity workout so I'll be walking or doing light exericise, since I break my fast around 8pm.

No, just measurements once a month. So this week and then for our final weigh-in next month. Every other week just put NA in each measurement field.0 -
