Hello everyone! I apologize for the delay in posting a new thread. I have been a bit hectic this morning already! UGH LOL But everyone please post your weight on the thread and the spreadsheet!

We are going back to my favorite challenge "Burn Baby Burn"! Why? Because I see that we seem to get a great number of participants and posts on this one....so if ain't broke....don't fix it! LOL

    My goal for burn baby burn is 2,200 for the week

    Great i just start workout again this morning (being slacking for a few days more like 10 ) so i am setting my Burn Baby Burn to 3500 calories for the week

    Monday ...........408 calories burn (35 mins walk/ jogging and 15 min stretching )

    Tuesday.............

    Wednesday........

    Thursday.................

    Friday................

    Saturday................

    Sunday...............

    Good morning!! I'm just getting back in the swing of things so I'm going to aim for 2800 calories burned this week.

    My goal has been to be 170 by my birthday (9/13), so this is definitely attainable! Perhaps I'll be closer to 165 by then!!!!!

    Trying to get workouts in even when it is so hot in my house. I will try for 1500 cals this week. I will post my weight tonight when I get home.

    I just interviewed for a job this morning. If I get it I will start Monday, so this could be my last "free" week. I had better make it good. I will burn 3500 calories

    My weight last week was 186.25 this week im at 185.25, so lost a pound this week which im happy with after a bad weekend. have really been slacking with exercise the last few weeks so this week im aiming for 2500 calories!

    I lost 2 pounds this week! I am getting back on track this month. This week is going to be challenging because I have a 3 day convention but I have a plan.

    Congrats to all losers:flowerforyou: and all who are consistent with checking in regardless of weight. :bigsmile:

    Accountability is the reason we joined the challenge -- so check in whether you are up or down. You will find in the end you are only helping YOU. Are YOU worth it? I know I am worth it!.

    My goal for calories burned this week is going to be 2500. Going away this weekend and don't know if i'll get a chance to exercise or not. Good luck to everyone this week burn baby burn.

    CW: 222.6 Total loss this week of 3.9 pounds. Dont know how I managed that considering I had fast food 2 mights in a row and right before weigh in. But hey im not complaining...lol...I wish I could loose this much every week lol...My burn baby burn goal is going to be 3000. I will be pushing considering the only exercise I have been doing is walking I will have to add something to it a couple times this week to meet my goal.

    My current weight is 185.2 :cry: Last week I weighed 181!! and when would be the next measurments be due??

    I am hoping my weigh in has something to do with TOM????!?! Not sure if that's even true?!! BUT I will kick butt this week with a 4,500 cal burn!!

    I am hoping to be at 160 by then.

    morning ladies!

    my baby burn goal will be 1200. I am still fasting so its very hard to do intensity workout so I'll be walking or doing light exericise, since I break my fast around 8pm.

    No, just measurements once a month. So this week and then for our final weigh-in next month. Every other week just put NA in each measurement field.

    I forgot to weigh myself yesterday, so I will do it today after work and my measurements too. :smile:
