Well said Eleanor!!! I am also struggling with the last 20lb, coming down from a size 16 to a 10 and I am slowly loosing the motivation that was there for the last 2 years. Thank you for your comment, I think I also need to do some soul searching also.:smile:

Try taking a multi vitamin instead. Since you are active now, try GNC Woman's ultra mega active or One A Day Active. Both give have energy.

I am on day one of level 3 and have been doing the 30ds consistantly for 20 days straight , including running 2 miles every other day. You can estimate a little below your average, say 350 - 400 calories in the morning on the days that you know you will work out and make sure you eat them throughout the day. WOW, that has been be for about 6 months. Up, 1 or 2 lbs, down 1 or 2 lbs. On Saturday the scale said I lost 2lbs and on Sunday I was back up the same 2 lbs.
