At the beginning of the week grab your healthy snacks, some small snack bags and your food scale. Prepare them and toss them into a bin for yourself. Write the calories on the bag. I find that if I eat high calorie food (crap) I am hungry all day. If I focus on food that is high in protein and low in calories I am not hungry at all. I eat to fuel my body not out of craving or hunger.

losing weight is all about your food intake. Not how long or how hard you work out. If you workout hard and still eat a ton of food you will not see a change on the scale. I had this problem. Working out using my HRM. Logging everything to the "T". Nothing was working. So I lowered my intake by a hundred every two to three weeks until I found my "sweet spot". My intake was just wrong. Now I lose about 2 pounds a month. Which is perfect, only 9 pounds to go!

I've lost 100 pounds and I eat sugar daily. I've found being accurate with weighing , making sure your logging the correct food, and using a HRM is all I need to be successful. Honestly I only watch calories, protein, sodium, and fiber.
