Hello everyone! This time last year, I was 252 pounds. I was determined then to lose this weight. I had a few health issues that only would go away by losing the weight. I work as a educator so the summer of 2013, I spent everyday in the planet fitness gym with a personal trainer. I changed my eating habits by getting a dietitian. I stopped drinking sodas, sweets, and bread. I went hard and stayed on track. I'm now 151. I lost 101 pounds. Now I'm maintaining and still on the right course. I could say more but I'll let the pictures speak.
