I completed my first day on Monday! Cardio was awesome! It was intense and short but kicked my butt!! I did use some of the modifers and burned 335 cals according to my HRM. Looking forward to getting Day 2 underway!!

Hi everyone, I'm Brandy and I just started T25 Alpha cycle on the 16th. I loved it!! I got my behind kicked but felt amazing afterwards. Like many of you I also had to use some of the modifications. Looking forward to day 2!!!!

I personally eat back some of my exercise calories, especially on days when I workout vigorously. On days when I do not workout I stay around 1200 even though my allowed cals on MFP is 1390. I have done, INSANITY, which has ALOT of jumping(or Plyometrics) and it was rough on the knees at first, I wrapped them until They got stronger. Not alot of room for modifying.
