My HRM and Jawbone up are massive motivators! Also the book 'The New Rules of Lifting Supercharged' My supp's also keep me going - pre workout, quest bars, casein cakes - they're all like treats but I can have them every day!

I'm 5'4" and it says small frame; 114 lbs - 127 lbs. I already weight 109lbs, wouldn't mind putting on more if it was muscle though!

I pay attention to both calories and macro's as I am trying to go from almost 'skinny fat' to toned with a lower body fat %. My macro's determine what I snack on, and I kind of follow an 'if it fits your macro's' type diet. I'd really like to hear opinions on this, though!

I broke my fast at 1:30pm after some fasted cardio with a tuna and sweetcorn omelette :) Tomorrow I'm having poached eggs and smoked salmon with toast. YUM.

How I've recently got past binging is by concentrating on NOT binging as opposed to losing weight. Worked wonders so far! But you just have to have a strong mental mindset in order to stop, I think. I never used to cause I figured that they'd never make me fat - but I still counted fruit, so my logic was kinda flawed. I changed my ways because I wanted my macro's to be accurate. I now include absolutely everything in my diary.

I mix my chocolate protein with my nonfat greek yogurt (splash of milk to help with mixing) - goes so well with fruit. I have this for either breakfast or dessert at night as I have a massive sweet tooth!

Any kind of chocolate cereal. I can manage my parents' Special K and Bran Flakes in moderation - but anything chocolatey and it'll be gone in a day. Same with chocolate milk. Everything else I've taught myself to have in moderation!

I can confirm that scottish water does taste the best. However, I also can't stand drinking water so always add 'no added sugar' diluting juice in.

I get 6 inch 9-grain with chicken (no cheese - hate the stuff) and I get it toasted, then get whatever salad I fancy, generally lettuce, cucumber and onion. And no sauce. I only have fast food if there's only a choice between it and going hungry. Not had one for months!

Vodka diet coke is the best, as previously mentioned. However I hate the taste of vodka, so I go for vanilla vodka instead. Slightly higher in cals and things, but when mixed with coke gives you vanilla coke, and we can't get that in the uk anymore so it's a special treat for me!
