    No need banning anything. I'll always find SOMETHING to binge upon, so it's kinda useless.
    As long as I eat with moderation and stay within my numbers, anything goes ... even Peeps.

    Only foods/liquids allowed in my home - about 95% of the time. If I want a chocolate chip cookie then I'm going to have one. If I want ice cream then I'm going to have some - that comes from the MooThru that uses local pastured dairy. Ice cream can't get any better than that. HAPPY COWS!!

    Animal foods (all meats and seafood, butter, lard, pastured eggs, pastured cream, patured whole milk, etc)
    Plant foods (berries, dates, lots of dark leafy greens, some nuts - prefer the unsweetened butters)
    Coconut oil, milk (real coconut milk)
    Raw unfiltered honey, unsulphured molasses, coconut sugar, Grade B maple syrup
    Lindt Chocolate Bars, 85% or higher
    Organic cocoa powder
    Red wine!!

    I find I can have anything in the house - I just cannot open it. I cannot open a sleeve of saltines or I eat them all (who decided 5 was a valid serving? For real!)

    I don't know about top 5, my Number 1 food banned are those GOLDEN OREOS! OMGeee those are so addicting and kill any types of willpower I thought I had before seeing them lol

    Any kind of chocolate cereal. I can manage my parents' Special K and Bran Flakes in moderation - but anything chocolatey and it'll be gone in a day. Same with chocolate milk.

    Everything else I've taught myself to have in moderation!

    try fiber one chocolate, it tasted LIKE chocolate but not enough that its a constant eating thing. kinda had a metallic aftertaste

    That's the only thing I can't have in the house. I just can't control myself. If I buy them, I get the 7,5 oz box and plan to eat the whole thing ;)

    1- Pop Chips. Any flavor. I start thinking "Oh these are way better for me than regular potato chips" and then I've eaten an entire bag.
    2- Girl Scout Cookies (particularly Thin Mints or Caramel de Lites). Forget it, I'll eat all those b!tches in a day.
    3- Nutella. I'll start by putting it on toast, then a banana, then I'm eating it by the spoonful.
    4- Any tortilla chip/salsa/guacamole/queso combo. Gone in one sitting.
    5- Jelly beans, specifically Jelly Bellies. I can eat my body weight in those things. In October they have candy corn flavored Jelly Bellies, and I seriously eat an embarrassing amount of them.

    I recently got braces (like 12 year olds get, on my teeth) that I only have to wear for 6 months and I'm honestly kinda glad I have them because I can't eat most of that stuff with them on! Easter with no jelly beans was really sad though :cry:
