I think I missed last week for some reason. Luckily I am also doing a challenge at work that weighs in on Thursdays. So... SW: 155.4 W1: 154.2 W2 152.8 GW: 140 Looks like it is coming off slowly but surely. Think I might need to kick it up this week and see what happens.

To an extent, women do dress up for men. We all expect to get attention when we know we look hot. But really it isn't about the men. It is about being equally if not hotter then your group of friends. Whoever get the most attention wins. Sorry but it is true.

I do pre-log my food. Most for planning purposes. But I definitely don't pre-log exercise. I didn't that a couple time in the beginning and wound up eating more than I should have because I never got to the exercise. Now I wait till I have actually done the workout.

Once, my mother actually asked my father (in front of me), "I am not as fat as her, am I?" It totally devastated me. Sometime people just really don't think before they speak. However, on the positive side. When he replied, "You two are about the same," it totally motivated both of us to get in better shape.

I switched to just splenda no creamer. I have to use more splenda but it really cut the calories. Admittedly, it took a day or two to get use to but now I am fine. Personally, creamer to me is not worth the additional calories.

I typically exercise befor dinner so i always eat after my workout. I do this for two reasons. 1)If I don't get to it as soon as I get home for some reason it doesn't seem go happen. and 2) Once I know how many calories I burned I might just be able to have a larger portion.

For me it was definitely my chest. Figures the one fatty part that I don't mind. LOL I just remember look down and thinking, "What happened." On a positive note: it did motivate me the lose more. After all, I needed the bottom to match the top. LOL

For some people just being accountable and journaling is a huge step. That person know the choices they are making. Unless asked I would leave it alone. Now if they are posting comment like, "I am up this week and don't understand why?" then that is probably your que. Bottom line everyone has to do what works for them.

Usually either 6' veggie or Turkey. Always on italian bread with everything including hots but no condiments or cheese. oh and it has to be a meal.

Sounds like something teenagers are doing, not adults. I have a 16 year old daughter and i can see her peer doing it.

I don't log anything that is part of my regular routine. While I don't vigorous clean daily, it is part of weekly routine. Beside I figure the housework didn't stop me from gaining weight so it probably isn't going to help me lose it either.

I agree. Popcorn is the best. Try saving a few calories for a low calorie evening snack if you are finding you want one. Otherwise, you will drive yourself crazy.
