ive lost 40 pounds in 78 days exersize 5 or 6 days a week and am always under on my calories

Well ok and wow let me say congrats and thank you so much.I have been staying under in calories yet doing alot of them for snacking and as i sit here reading and crying i realised im not only letting myself down but my god i want to do this for us both and some day when i get to heaven have a temple to leave behind that…

Ok im 7 weeks in on this challenge and i now weigh 264 that is 26 pounds loss so far so i think i will be at 50 pounds lost before the 4 months come hay!

Just started yesterday but cant wait to finish and i do 60 minutes a day at the gym also and boy am i sore from day one !

Ok wow i say that because i had miine on feb 14 2009 so thats a little weird but after i had it i lost a lot of weight 25-30 pounds So good luck on your journey!

Thats how i do it i walk 2.25 miles a day and i do the elliptical 1.75 miles and day well 6 days a week and i stay under my cal allowance i have lost 34 pounds in 65 days so good luck and keep up the good work!

Turgey saugage crumbles with peppers onions and cheese low fat shredded of course wrap them up in foil and throw them on then use as a topper for potatos .Also handy packs of 100 cal crackers .Special k chips and lots of veggies baby carrots broc you know the good stuff and lots of waters

I personally was a heavy pop drinker (reg non diet)until 3 1/2 weeks ago and since my life style changes i drink diet coke everyday 1 or 2 cans and no more i work out 6 days a week and i have lost 16 lbs to date so i say drink it just less of it and lots of water i dont know if i could ever give pop up completely!Hope this…

Yes sodium as alot to do with it that can cause you to retain water and Baby weight has alot of water ..Just a thought.Did you exersize before Dont worry about a scale number get your self a measuring tape .
