Wii fit plus about 30 min to an hour a day and 3 times a week calories 150 to 100 calories per workout.

Taking that right now. It doesn't help much. It dose give me a small push for a few hours but I do feel hungry within a few hours of taking them.

I don't think not eating all your calories for one day won't hurt you and it is late.:smile: You know your body more than we do.

One day isn't going to hurt you too bad. Just start over and try to stay on track. We all have those days.
