I just started last week and I'm trying to get into shape before my wedding. I didn't realize how much I had changed until just recently in the back of my mind I was still 18 and 120lbs then I stepped on the scales and had gained 40. I think it all started when I moved in with my fiance two years ago and started eating what he ate when he ate, p.s. not a good idea for a 5'3'' girl to try and eat what a 6'3'' college athlete does. I've lost 3lbs since starting and I'm very excited to get to my goal hopefully by June.
