I haven't started on 30 day shred yet, but I finished Ripped in 30, and I lost a total of 13.2 pounds! I lost it fairly quick and I didn't do the diet plan! I loved it.

It's okay. Just get back up and keep going, don't let this stop your journey. Keep going strong and just keep in mind the goal that you are trying to reach! You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength! Keep telling yourself that. Push through and keep at it, you're almost there!! :)

I always do the alternative. I want some cake, or cookies..I go get an apple instead. It may not be as tastey as that cookie would be but you will feel like a million dollars for having the will power.

Yes! Keep doing it! It gets easier. At first I could only do about 10-15 minutes of it, but shortly after I went up to 25, then 30, next thing you know I'm doing the whole 40 minutes!! You can do it!! :D

Zumba is awesome! I've gone only once, and it acutally is a fun experience, brought me out of my comfort zone, being I would never EVER do moves like that in public lol. I'm going to start attending every friday and saturday!!:)
