One of the best things you can do is just to move on! Today is just a day and you haven't spoiled all your hard work by any means. This weekend was kind of *kitten* for me in terms of falling into temptation - my plan of action is just to try and make this week awesome with all my workouts and meals!

Not technically allowed (although I did have some when I had an intense craving o.0) but, for me, I think just a small amount is okay when you're using it for flavoring. I used some in a recipe the other day for chocolate oat bran muffins :)

I actually just finished my attack phase (6 days worth) and it really wasn't that bad at all! I did spend a bunch of time though checking out dukan blogs and the like to try and find recipes. Like others have said, if you're creative with your food it doesn't get too boring! One of my favorite websites I've found so far…

I too have problems with binge eating. For me, it usually happens at night like if I'm bored or can't sleep, and I'll just go into the kitchen and get an incurable desire to eat. When I was doing the 30DS I definitiely wasn't losing any weight (because of all of the muscle you're building), but I was losing inches! So be sure to take your measurements - probably a better indicator of your journey anyway.

I think you should definitely keep them in there. Not only is it nice to just have a complete record of what you've eaten that day (at least for me I like having that :P), but since fruit does have carbs and sugars; you're also going to want to track that.

Not to be the skeptic, but 90 cal for 5 minutes? Get me a shake weight... but really, that seems like a lot. An HRM is gonna be your best bet.
