Went WAY over....

I just went out to dinner...and had dessert. Which I now regret..My tummy hurts! =( I went over my calories by 1800...
How do I make up for that? =|

*Brighter note.. I bought my first work out clothes today =p <3 (Each a size lower.)

    One of the best things you can do is just to move on! Today is just a day and you haven't spoiled all your hard work by any means. This weekend was kind of *kitten* for me in terms of falling into temptation - my plan of action is just to try and make this week awesome with all my workouts and meals!

    I agree! do a little extra tomorrow..like 30min extra to make up for it.
