    Only exercise, exercise, exercise!!! The couch-to-5k program has been absolutely life-changing for me. I'm a runner now! I started out hardly being able to jog 30 seconds at a time and I'm doing 3 mile runs pretty regularly now. I would recommend the program to anyone. Not just for the weight loss that comes with running, but also for the amazing sense of accomplishment and watching your hard work pay off!

    I second that. It helped me get BACK into running after playing soccer for a few years, then not for a few more. Every time I move up a week I feel like I can take over the world. fully recommended and best yet? its free haha

    Also, I'm a complete Harry Potter addict (my kids & I are gaga for the books, movies, and all things Potter!)
