Trefoils are my downfall. I love them with hot coffee, hot cocoa, and a nice tall glass of ice cold milk! I've eaten an entire package in a sitting!

You can do it! I have a very pretty sundress that I want to wear again and a pair of "haut momma jeans" and I have another 20lbs or so before I can fit into both of them. But... It's the first things that I see every morning and it helps keep me motivated!

Have some chicken noodle soup if you have any on hand. The heat from the soup will loosen the congestion up a little and make it *slightly* more bearable. And try a steam bowl. Try just a square or two of REALLY dark choclate. Like 67-85% cacoa. That should hit your craving on the head and cut back on the sugar.

You will stop losing weight and may even gain because your body is trying to survive. Eating so little can also cause a myriad of health problem…

I eat everything, at least everything that I like, but in smaller portions. This really helps with cravings and allows me to have a "treat" at the end of the day as well!
