    Welcome! I love MFP, it is the best I've ever found. If you just follow your calories (plus try to eat healthy) and exercise some afew days a week, it works! I've only been on here since October and have seen fabulous results. I'm inspired by the people here as well. Good peeps that want to see you do well and eat well :drinker:
