Stairs are awesome! I take the stairs at work, except in the morning when I have all my things and I use the stair steppers at my gym. I like it because it's quick and easy.

I did the exercises two days last week. Major fail on my part. I did try bernaise sauce last friday though and really liked it. :) I'm back up to 176.8lb. as of monday. I'm having a really difficult time staying on track these last few weeks. :grumble:

Is it too late for me to join? My weight on Monday, 9/26/2011 was 175.6lbs. and my goal is 25-30 lbs. I'm tall, so a weight of 140-150lbs would suit my frame well. I just want the scale to read a weight that I haven't seen in ~7 years. And I have a bunch of clothes that I can't wear just laying around.

177.6 Guh. That is up 1.2lb from last week. I thought that I was doing so well! But, today is a new week and I'm going to start a new personal challenge to walk/run 25 miles by October 12th. I know I can do it, I just need the motivation!

I'm going to try the burpees this week. I've never done them before and they look like a killer full body workout. I love the fact that we have a choice of exercises now. It really helps because if I forget something for the day, I can try something else. :wink:
