    i did all the exercise challenges this week AND i tried brown rice pasta, which i REALLY like :bigsmile:

    I did the exercises two days last week. Major fail on my part. I did try bernaise sauce last friday though and really liked it. :) I'm back up to 176.8lb. as of monday. I'm having a really difficult time staying on track these last few weeks. :grumble:
