Absolutely, I love it! It burns a ton of calories and it's so much fun. I mix it into my cardio workout 2-3 times a week so I don't get too bored of the treadmill/elliptical. I also like that it's in the privacy of my own home...lol since I'm not the best at it. I would definitely recommend it:)

I'm almost in my third week of Ripped in 30...and I've done shred in the past as well. Ripped is on a whole other level....haha it's way more intense. I love it.

I'm 5'11'', I definitely think weight loss takes a way different course for us in general. The extra inches definitely helps to distribute the weight. Obviously lol I guess it can be a positive and a negative. Nobody ever believes my weight either! haha just curious, what are your guys' goal weights?

I think she's referring to level one where she says "and give it to God" lol where you're lying completely flat with shoulders and head off the ground, and legs straight and lifted off the ground, with arms straight by your side and palms upward. It's very difficult!

another great dvd...j.michaels 6 week six pack. i've lost inches all over. it's great for cardio, arms, legs, shoulders, abs, it works everything. Do it a couple times a week and you'll get a lot toner & thinner if you're looking for a spice in your workout.

Honestly, I just think of how whatever bad food I eat will most likely be stored as fat. on my *kitten*. or stomach, lovehandles etc lol So that makes me choose wiser foods!

The website already creates a deficit in your calories for each day...so if you burn extra calories by exercising you should eat them. If you don't the deficit will be larger than it should be and your body could go into starvation mode.
