  • Hey, i ride also, more recently last couple of months and mainly at weekends, so far am doing around 40/60 mins each time. I am looking at upping this to daily rides and longer times and have just entered myself in a charity 5 mile bike ride for April!. x

  • Yep, I log is as circuit training, 20 mins and burn around 176, which to me seems soo little considering how much effort i put in! lol, but will keep it as this as it spurs me on to do other exercise or not eat as much!
  • Am currently on Day 5 of Level 1, although am doing it a bit different to everyone else, as my aim is to do every other day Level 1 throughout Feb, then every other day, Level 2 March, every other day Level 3 April then throughout May, do the 10 days on each level.x
  • My plan is to do it every other day - if i do it every day i wouldnt stick to it. Although on my "days off" the 30DS i will try and do some cycling or walking or even maybe the Wii Just Dance.
  • I've done mine for the day :-) Got to be honest I find the Jumoing Jaks the hardest! At the end ones I reverted back to skipping rather than the last set!
  • I shall put all my measurements on later - will have to wait until OH comes back from work and help measure.. I am starting the 30DS today but only doing every other day and planning on doing Level 1 throughout Feb and starting Level 2 throughout March every other day - this way I may actually stick to it!

  • Sorry I can't help much, but am struggling with the same part, as in I need to loose weigh/inches of my bust and back and can't seem to find anything that's working, grr

  • Brilliant results, well done you! Can I ask, did you do the 30 day shred each day? ive tried before but its just too much for me, am thinking of starting it again but maybe do 3 times a week, along with x2 exercise classes a week.

  • Woo hoo Well i'll share my walking today... 12284 Steps 8.722 Km Basically was out for most of the day, went to shops, but walked there and back down the cycle track, and went the longest way we could - My son was shattered when we got back!

  • Thanks for your replies, I think this one is just way to tight, maybe too smaller size, as i just cant breathe in it!, the ladies are fine in themselves but around my rib cage it hurts, only had it on for a few mins and was left with red marks all around me :-( back to drawing board i think.
