What tips do you have for staying motivated? I always do well for 4-6 weeks and then get bored. I'll start bad habits again and gain back what I've lost. I've been losing and gain the same 20 or so pounds for the last several years. Give me some ideas on sticking to the plan, even when you don't really want to!

It seems like I start to loose, but then put it straight back on again!
Am at the minute lacking the motivation :-(

I've tried so many things...rewards, an outfit I strive to wear, upcoming special events, unflattering photos. Nothing seems to keep me motivated all the time!0
