Hi all,
Is anyone on any of the above and still doing their exercises?
I have been trying to eat healthy and do my exercises but seeing any change really so think I need to do something more, like SL or WW, but can't really attend the classes so wanted to do something like it but at home, does anyone know if you can do WW or SL at home without joining classes, but simply getting receipes etc of the internet?

A friend of mine did ww on-line, so it does exist, but found she needed more personal contact and joined a local group. Good Luck!0
