I love coffee also, but I had to cut down to 2 cups a week from 3 cups a day every day! I didn't do it over night, it took some time. Worked in plants for the last 10 years. Due to back surgery I am now I am a full-time student at a local comm. college studying Office Management, hopefully will get my Bachelor's in Business Adm. by the time I turn 50. So loving my 2nd chance at life!!!

Just coming off the couch a month ago so, I try for 200 mins. a week at the center, and 100 at home cleaning or whatever! But you are the fitness truth, hope to get there with you guys one day!

I do a colon cleanser every month, and it works wonders for me...my stomach goes down too!

I cut back on chips the first of last month, I had 6 pringles yesterday...I didn't really like the taste of it either. How ironic, when I would eat a big bag of chips in one sitting!!

I weigh once a week, and measure also! I don't want to be discourage by not seeing the numbers change!

Hi, I am sorry you don't feel well. Don't press when you are sick, it will probably make you feel worse. But take your time with this, you are not in a race with anyone on here, we care to much to do that. Just watch what you eat, log in your food, exercise and drink water and just watch those little ole' pounds come off!
