OK. I usually run for an hour 5-6 times per week. I commit to run for 69 minutes 6 times this week giving 6 extra miles. I am a 38 y.o. mother of three. Starting weight 203. Goal of down 8 pounds during this Kick Butt challenge. I did 100 jumping jacks today and came in under my calorie goal. 8 glasses of water down! Food journal is done and under calorie goal!
