Hey all.
Want to give this a go and looking for anyone interested in trying to complete it all with me, we can check in our measurements every 10 days or in 30. If your up for it great to have the support and accountability as I know this workout can kick serious bum.
The challenge consists of:
DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 5 - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
DAY 6 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 7 - REST DAY! PHEW!
DAY 8 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 9 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
DAY 10 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 11 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
DAY 12 - BANISH FAST, BOOST METABOLISM
DAY 13 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
DAY 14 - REST DAY WE DESERVE IT!

I know is best to start beginning of a new month but I'm eager to start and will begin Monday 19th, seen some amazing results from others and i'm excited what mine will bring.

I'll try it! I need an extra boost and since I'm planning to shred fat anyway, what better way to do it. Middle of the month, week, year, whatever never bothers me. Everyday is a day and there is no time like the present. I'm in!0

Great!
Got a great team starting up here, i'm looking forward to it. I'll be using 3lb weights but working in 5lb ones when I can and for extra cardio i'll be walking with a lil jog.

Im Planning on Doing It at 5am each morning.
As the rest of the day im really busy i Do 3 school walks a day that are 1hour a go.

I cannot wake early for a workout so mine will be around 17:30 after work.
My best has been 5 days with the shred but this time it's the full 30days.
I'm going to put my measurements on here tonight so I can keep track, feel free for everyone to do this also, it's upto you :happy:0 -

Vegan, Quick NMTZ is doing the workout without the floor parts like abs etc.
Sam sub the one you don't have with 6wk6pk it's cool and join the fun.
Nothing is set in stone ladies we'll just go at it as hard as we can and see what results we get and when successful we'll do it all again next month and push ourselves even harder.)
