Due to "comments" made to me in the past about my food diary, I made my food diary private, but now I feel that as your Team Captain, my diary should be available for you guys to check on me if you want to..... so I have made it "locked" and you all can check it out with a "key". The password for my food diary is 'grace' (my last name).
So feel free to keep tabs on me and keep me on the straight and narrow ..... LOL....

Pushups done. I did 10 on my toes, then I had to do the rest on my knees. Pushups are really hard.
Diary completed, under goal.
I have the rest of my water next to me and I will have it finished before I go to sleep.
I am in Chicago now, I am running in a 5K tomorrow morning with a friend. So it is a bit hard for me to keep up. I this k I did darn good with my eating today, considering...0 -

I did my modified up-downs today (did the pushups yesterday-silly me!), drank all of my water and was under calories (by 7!) But how's this for the challenge working-a friend sent some clothes she shrank out of and they arrived last friday. I tried them on and could get them up and buttoned if I didn't breathe. Today I tried them on (just 1 week later) and they were comfortable. I could bend to tie my shoes, I could sit, I could actually wear them in public. These pants are 3 sizes smaller than what I was wearing 2 months ago!
I went today to the outlet mall and tried on jeans, the real ones that button and zip and no the elastic waist. Two months ago a size 28 cut into my belly. Two weeks ago a size 24 was snug. Now, a size 22 fits! This is so exciting!!

Today I worked out, did 25 pushups, drank 19 glasses of water, and did 50 toe touches for the heck of it! I also stayed under my calorie count.0

I photographed a wedding for 14 hours straigt today, so I drink 30 something glass of water! = Check
