Sorry I am going to have to quit this group, it has been good but I probably need to go back to hospital sometime this week and really need to focus on getting better at the moment... Which means I won't be able to do challenges, etc and I do not want to let you guys down...0

sunday/rest day (for the challenge)
I did not stay under my calories, had a date at a county fair. I did not do the jumping jacks like I said.... I took a nap after my morning workout of 7.6 miles (half ran and half walked). I did not make it on the waterthat is the one thing I am truely sad about... I did drink 2 liters, one durning my morning workout and one after, but I normally don't count my "exercise water" in my diary. I therefore only drank 2 16.9 bottles on the way to the county fair.
