Day 2 check ( arms seemed a little heavier to-night, did extra 10 min stretch after)
Day 3 check ( no getting any easier) 10% done yay!!!!
Day 4 check ( still doing extra stretch seem so be helping)0 -
D2L1 Complete!!!! A little sore and better endurance today but I know I would get a better workout in the morning!!!!0

Completed day 4 & 5 today because OH wouldn't give up the tv last night so only did strength exercises. Back too back those dvds were killer but still getting good.0

Completed the Shred last night Level 1, and did BFBM this morning. Whoo what a workout that was! I totally loved it....love kickboxing! I've had that dvd for over a year and never used it SILLY me!!!0

D3L1 30 Day Shred Completed & I feel good!! My legs are sore but I was motivated to come home & complete another day!!! My ultimate goal is to get up & complete this in the morning b4 work. I'm going to do the workout in the a.m. over this weekend! Good Luck to everyone! ?... Are we suposed to do this for 30 days straight or our we supposed to take a rest day? D5L1 completed!!! It's getting really easy to the point that I'm moving faster than Jullian & the girls!! Lol! I want to do a couple more days at Level 1 b4 moving on but I'm ready!!! Has anyone experienced your body (arms.legs abs) become very jiggly??? I have & this happens when I start working out but I usually never workout long enough 2 see results but this time i will!!0

I did it!!!! I got my butt up this morning and completed my exercise!!!! D6L1 Completed!!!!!! I feel great this morning partly because I did my workout and the energy and proudness I have from accomplishing my goal!! It was a workout so I will definitely be on Level 1 until day 10 but I'm not sore. Everyone have a Great Day!!!!0

Ladies great work so far.
I've not done 2 days of this due to things at home but I'll be completing the missed days all tonight plus todays, pray for me this is gonna hurt lol!
I think I'm already seeing the difference, not in clothes but on the scales. Yay! That or my aching muscles have finally released all the water they were holding onto, either way I'm happy.0 -

Really Gutted I couldn't do anything yesterday apart from my walking.Because all 3 of my children have come down with a cold so haven't slept to well today.
Will try and do something tonight.

WTG Mrs. Boyle!!!! I was too consumed with other things yesterday so it was a rest day for me but I got my behind up this morning (not as early as I wanted to) & completed D7L1!!!
