    Edited to add - what sorts of workout is everyone going to do/continue doing for the challenge? I just started Couch to 5k, so I'll be adding that to my usual elliptical/lift weights plan

    leomentlines-Well, I just received my BodyGospel by Beachbody on Friday, so I haven't actually started yet and my usual regimen consists of a stationary bike, elliptical, and free weights. I'm such a novice as far as exercise goes and because of my weight I have a limited amount of things that I can do, BUT I am encouraged and I know that at the end of this 10 weeks I will have dropped my goal and beyond. Also the exercise challenges on the blog are great, I've looked over them and I'm still deciding on which ones I will do first. I'm so excited!! I wish ALL of my Shades of Brown Sisters the best of luck with this challenge, we are going to rock this!!!
