Happy new year.Been mia,hubby was on vac,the beginning of jan. trying to get back on track. dealing with some depression,my current situation and my friends 2 year angel anniv. can use some prayers and some support. tx hugs

tgif-saw ortho dr,got a good report.wt loss is coming along slow as I can`t do much in line of ex. Got staples out.Took an xray and found one of the screws had moved,so he`s gonna keep an eye on,it can`t move as it`s wedged.Can`t believe my luck,said if it doesn`t cause problems,will fix when he does the other leg. Welcome…

Happy hump day!Welcome new ladies. wt loss is going slow,but Im loosing.Hard to ex with walker and leg in splint and other one messed up.I do what I can and watch the calories. See ortho dr to remove staples.4 more weeks with the splint. Hugs jane

Barbie,I made blankets for project Linus for many years.Now I make blankets for our local shelters for the cats cages. Have a good weekend. hugs jane

happy fri,rainy and humid here.Gonna try to get out of the house over the weekend and hubby is home,haven`t been out since surgery.doing my pt ex 2xs a day,Knee is doing good I hope,see dr next week. Get frustrated as I want ot walk more,but can`t as my left knee is so messed up,but staying positive.Hugs jane

HI<from Rainy IL. Had pt today,gave me ex to do 2xs a day til I see ortho dr.Can`t bend as Im in the splint,but can do ex still. My left leg is getting so bowlegged,and painful,which makes walking difficult.Im hoping the leg holds out til dr can operate. Welcome any new ladies.We can do this.One day at a time. hugs jane
