One thing I noticed after being on this site is the calories listed for the foods are lower then in reality. I always add more to what they say. Some days when I am super busy I am bad about getting in all my calories but most days I am great about it. I go more by what my weekly average is.

I have been using the unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk for a couple of years. I love it. I can't tolerate milk so this is a great substitute. I have never seen the type with coconut in it but will look around. It makes my green monsters taste wonderful!

I don't because I find most of the exercise calories burned are way higher then they really were and I think I was eating too much, so then I cut them in half and started losing again and now I don't enter my exercise but don't sweat it if I go 100 to 200 over occasionally. Seems to be working.

Amen, You will never convince those who do the diet though. Of course you lose weight, if I eat 500 calorie a day I would lose a ton. But I prefer to remain healthy. And working in the medical field I get to occasionally see the results of those that got sick.

Heavy is a lot like this also except I think the trainers are slightly nicer. Just unreal what they can pull off on TV and have believed. I have only watched one episode since I don't have TV but didn't care for what I saw.

It doesn't look like you have much to lose so it will be slower. Sometimes if you don't change your eating habits all the exercise in the world won't make you lose weight. Maybe opening up your diary and letting some people take a peek so they can give you some suggestions. WTG at sticking to it.

If you belong to a gym try the stair stepper or the rowing machine. I do the gym 3 times a week, one day I walk 5 miles with Leslie's tape and one day I do the Ultimate fat burner DVD. On the other days I rest or do a 10 minute solution target zone from Netflex.
