I am on 1200 cal per day since Jan 9, 2012. I sometimes go over... but mostly not. youa re more than welcome to check my food diary for ideas on what i eat per day

My opinion..... 1000 calories is too few to take in for anyone! I have my food diary open for people to view. I am on 1200 calories a day. Sometimes I do go over.... but it's very do-able. Good luck!

Almost every day - mostly on work days..... 1¼ cups Special K cereal (110 cal) top with ..... 1 small container diced peaches packed in water - drained (35 cal) then .....¼ cup skim milk (20 cal) It's really good... sweet and crispy at the same time.

frozen peanut butter treats take a full tun of sugar free light cool whip (defrosted) 3/4 cup of light peanutbutter mix the two together... seperate into paper lined muffin trays (should make 12 deserts) drizzle 1 tsp of Sugar free ice cream topping on each put in freezer... when I made them, I used regular peanut butter…

I cut the whole bunch in 2-3" pieces. For Peanut Butter lovers.. I found this recipe on MFP and make it weekly! 1 tub of Cool Whip - sugar and fat free 3/4 cup light peanut butter ( I have used nutella too) whip the two together and separate into paper lined muffin pans drizzle sugar free chocolate drizzle sauce over top freeze in pan for about 1 hour

I completely agree... but I found a way to hide it's taste... I put homemade berry compote on it.. just a tbsp and you are good to go!!

I actually made these tonight & they are AWESOME!!! I am a math geek & took the time to figure out exactly how many calories etc were in them.. I used 1L tub of low fat cool whip, 3/4 cup kraft reg. p-butter, and 1 tbsp of Smuckers chololate syrup on each... EACH have: 96.97 cal, 4.87g fat, 5.71g sugar, 29.70mg sodium...…

I make all our lunches (we're a family of 4) right after dinner... I am already in the kitchen and then there is one clean up to do after (dishes, etc..) On Sundays, I prepare soups and meals for the week - I did post a cabbage soup recipe which is really awesome!
