start small. Stick with one goal for a week and then continue to add mini goals until these become habit and lifestyle changes. I definitely disagree...that would be like saying if you can't fit in 30 minutes of exercise then don't fit in any at all, which is a terrible philosophy. Every little bit counts towards making you healthier.

I'm a cardiac/neuro ICU nurse and I work night shift. It's hard for me to force myself to eat at night because I don't feel hungry at 3 am, but then I'm starving by 7:30 when I get off :/ I force myself to have little healthy snacks throughout my shift so I'm not so hungry when I get home.

Happy Herbivore blog has a ton of low fat muffin recipes. I am not good at baking and I've tried about 6 of her recipes and loved them all :) my favorite of hers are apple oatmeal muffins or chocolate chip zucchini muffins!

It depends really how much was from the creamer. If that was the majority then make sure the rest of your sugar today is from fruit. If the majority is from the banana then just don't worry about it. Unless you are a diabetic, sugar from fruit really doesn't count.

I wear cross trainers. I have a nike pair and I think my other pair are called ryka? I was a die hard asics running shoe fan as well, but since they are made for running and not lateral movement the way cross trainers are they were killing my feet for zumba and boxing. I wouldn't limit them :) I eat hummus, kidney and black beans, and avocados almost every day (the avocados are also one of my only sources of fat) and I've consistently lost weight while doing this.

I try to eat soy in moderation so since I already eat tofu and other soy protein substitutes I stick with almond milk for my cereal and baking. I also just like the taste better. unsweetened vanilla almond milk is so yummy on homemade granola.
