I just thought of another snack I have with coffee...a low fat waffle with light spreadable laughing cow cheese and a few almonds or walnuts on top.

I like something with coffee as a snack also. I usually bring to work 1 slice whole grain bread with almond butter and all fruit jelly. I like a bread textured type item with my coffee. Sometimes I have a Quest protein bar. They have all different flavors.

Can I ask how many calories you ladies are eating? I am 5'3" 1/2 and I just can't seem to lose. I have tried many diet plans, but nothing seems to work. Jenny Craig worked, but that was the only plan. I wasn't exercising either. Now I am doing elliptical 1 hour per day. Burns like 550 calories. I need help.

thanks for all the replies. i have set my MFP to lose 1.5 lbs per wk, so it is now giving me 1500 calories a day. i can surely survive on that. at 1240 I was WAY too hungry. ONE MORE QUESTION .... I told the MFP I do 10 min of exercize 7 days a week and it told me to eat 1,500 cals per day. Just to be sure I am doing this…

yep, this is ME. i have the same problem. last nite i did great, did my exercize, then at 300 cals worth of cheez itz. the nite before it was cereal. the night before that popcorn. it's a never ending cycle. i need help.

I make a cold cut roll up. I mostly do ham and cheese cold cut roll ups, but turkey and cheese would be good too. Sometimes I add a strip of green pepper and a little mustard.

Well, I haven't tried freezing eggs yet, but I usually scramble my eggs the night before, then just reheat them for like 30 seconds in the micro the next morning.
