I eat some of them back, especially if it's a harder workout where I burn off at least 400-500 calories. But that works for me. You'll need to play around with it to see how your body responds.

For me it does have a decent amount to do with the calories. If I can only have say 1500 a day, if I use a few hundred on beer, that isn't the best way to go about it on a restrictive diet. Cholesterol comes from animal fat basically especially beef, so I'd cut that out immediately, and all/any fatty cuts of meat. High fiber foods & veggies will help a lot. I really enjoy this website, and have found it to be quite beneficial, so good luck with it!!

I've never used WW, but essentially you are doing the same thing. I hear the long term success rate with WW isn't very good. I use them when the weather is bad. I don't jog though, steady walking for 30-40 minutes. Great workout.

I would first ask if he wants to hunt with a gun, or a bow? There are so many accessories that you can buy it's amazing.
