    Wow thank you everyone for the kind words and compliments! You're right, MFP didn't change my life, I changed my life! MFP was just this amazing tool I used to help me get there...     You look AMAZING! we are the same height but my start weight was 230lbs :( im now around 188 - 190lbs now and my goal weight is around 140 - 150lbs. You are a inspiration!! :) x

    Thanks for posting, I started at 212 and am down to 203, sometimes it feel like it is a long way to 150. But I know it can be done. Thanks for the pics and inspiration.
