Just wanted to check in. So far so good on my end. The weight is falling off.

My week was awesome. What helped me to stay on track was my meal prep. I prepped my meals on Sunday. I'm currently on a 7 day detox which does not allow me to eat any form of meat . I can see a difference in my body already.

I am geared up and ready for day 2! I plan to continuously alternate the levels. So Il be doing this program 6 days a week alternating with level 1-3.

I will be starting 30 Day Shred today as my evening bonus workout. My main program which I will be doing in the morning is Turbo Jam for cardio and Jari Love for weight training. Ill do Shred 3 nights per week as a bonus. So this is my day one!

Even though you haven't tried Turbo Jam which is just a modified version of Turbo Fire. I think you could start with Turbo Fire and modify as needed. The moves are not hard to learn.

Im presently doing Turbo Fire and love it! It's a program that provides cardio and sculpting. The Cardio is fun! The music just does something for me. Is it to late to join???? I did level 3 today and after working up such a great sweat I have decided to make Shred a part of my evening routine for the next 30 days. I plan to alternate between all 3 levels for the next 4 weeks. Steph

Gosh! This was so helpful! Thanks because I have always been unsure about whether or not i should eat the excercise calories! I work out at least 6-7 days a week with at least 3 -4 bonus routines during the evenings! I certainly plan on eating more after reading this post! Steph

if you are a morning person I would say get up early and get the workout done! You have to find a time and just commit! Your work hours seem very hectic however im sure you could find a time that would work for you to even get in 30 minutes out of the day! Thank you! The best tip I can provide is the one im sure you already know. Workout consistantly and leave the junk food alone! Consistancy is the key hand s down!
