Well, it's a Tuesday, so nothing at all really... Work, go home, cook, eat, sleep.

Same thing here. For me it's not necessarily because of the weight I've lost but of the self confidence I've gained. I'm feeling so much more comfortable in my own body and that seems to have attracted quite a bit of attention. As I'm currently single (and have been for a while) it's not like I don't want any attention at…

It could be more, as I'm definitely struggling to make it to the end of the month. But then that's me spending far too much money on rent.

I'm just slowly realising that, hell yeah, I'm sexy. And that realisation seems to have definitely impacted my dating - suddenly I'm getting asked out lots! I love my upper body! I've never really put on a lot of weight on my belly (it all goes straight to the behind & thighs), so everything's quite flat there. And in…

I've learned today that food on a dog's head keeps me entertained for hours. [Check out http://foodonmydog.tumblr.com/ !]

About 10, I'd guess. If it wasn't for the space/money issue, I'd have lots more... ;)

Food, definitely. I love exercising but I LOOOVE food. Cooking & baking are my favourite hobbies by a distance.

I absolutely love Yotam Ottolenghi's "Plenty"! Gorgeous all-vegetarian recipes. http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/0091933684/ref=asc_df_00919336846303542?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&tag=googlecouk06-21&linkCode=asn&creative=22206&creativeASIN=0091933684

I usually soak whole rolled porridge oats in almond milk or soy milk the night before, then add sunflower seeds, honey, cinnamon and fruit (usually apple) the next morning. And sometimes it's an tomato, fets & rocket omelette.

For me it does, especially as I've got only about 5 kg left to lose. But then everybody is different. Also, I'm in no hurry to lose it quickly - I'd rather progress slowly and be able to sustain the loss. And, it's also a lot about getting fit and being able to do more stuff more easily (i.e. run / swim over a longer…

Have you started walking as an exercise? You should always be possible to do that, just around your neighbourhood, through the park etc. You don't really require any equipment and it's a great way to start working out! I tend to walk for about 90 min a day at a brisk pace (to & from work) and feel great! Also, the MFP…

My weight loss is really slow as well, but I actually kind of like that. It's telling me that I'm losing the right kind of weight - especially as my measurements keep going down (if I can trust my measuring skills). And the best test of all: clothes!

As the previous posters mentioned, it happens to all of us. I weigh myself daily and my weight tends to go up for a few days but then drops down again, ultimately resulting in an overall weight loss. There are lots of factors, not least water retention and time of the month. I don't let myself worry about it, unless there…

I admire those who have the willpower to resist but I know that I'll eat the bad stuff eventually. And I usually find it really hard to stop after one piece/bite...

I'm always very tempted to change it to lbs so it moves up faster ;) I love seeing my progress & the tickers of a lot of people on here are truly inspirational.

I usually only drink water & fruit/herbal tea, so when I got a complimentary diet lemonade with my lunch yesterday, I was surprised how extremely sweet it tasted! Horrible. Glad to go back to my water.

I wear contact lenses, though usually not for work (I'm in front of a screen all day long & my eyes get quite dry). I put my dailies in for sports/going out/etc. The most important thing is to get lenses that don't dry out too easily. I had those before my current ones and after a few hours they really started to hurt.

I always have to have something to eat in the morning - or I would collapse. So before a morning workout I'll eat some fruit or have a muesli bar & then breakfast afterwards.

Thanks so much for all your replies! I'm having new running shoes fitted at the end of this week so that should hopefully help. The specialist shop will also analyze my running technique, so they might be able to tell me something about that too. In the meantime I guess it's lots of resting & walking (at the moment also…

Yup. One month I didn't even have it at all! Panic!! ;)
