I couldn't. Doc recommended South Beach (this was all years ago) I lost 65 lbs in 4 months and insulin resistance to the point of faining while driving one time all but dissapeared.

I use the marintated packets on my salads no need to add extra calories with dressing and soooo easy and fast to pack my lunch!

I have been using patches and don't get any physical cravings just the mental ones. I've noticed a huge change in the past year since the site gained more popularity. And to the ones who say 'it's the internet get over it'. I say it's the internet most people have less inhibition and think about what these people 'may or may not' be like in real person. And then just laugh and ignore it!!! :laugh:

If I show a loss for a few days in a row I log it. Holds me more accountable to try and keep the loss going. Lately I have been up and down the same 2 lbs so haven't logged a loss in a few weeks. But I feel some logging coming on soon!!!!!!!! :happy:

I'm probably not going to log. Just make the 'better' choices, go to the gym in the a.m. and don't over-indulge. I was curious to know what everyone else's plans were and now I feel better about my choice. AND no PIE!! But if there are chocolatey sugary treats I will definetly have a taste or 2. :love:

Mine changes everytime depending on how much water I retain. The bad months where my PMS is ridiculous and I feel bloated and gross I use midol extra strength and it helps immensely. I weigh daily so I usually see a sudden increase of 1-3 lbs a day before TOM visits and by the last day it is usually gone.

I'm thinking am I going to ask them to save every food wrapper and write down every ingredient they used so I can log as close as possible- a stick of butter as opposed to using applesauce for baking for example makes a huge calorie and fat difference. Umm or unless you are here to get healthy which generally includes your heart. CARDIO is for the heart and I know it is important because my CARDIOLOGIST says so. Weight training is good too but they BOTH are necessary for health.
