The 30 day shred is a Jillian Michaels (personal trainer on the Biggest Loser USA and Australia) workout program. It's basically a workout DVD. You have to do her workouts for 30 days. There are 3 levels of workouts - you start with level 1 and after 10 days you move on to level 2 which is a bit more challenging, etc...…

I'm vegetarian that means that I'm just not eating meat. I can still have milk products, eggs etc.. But thanks for checking. I think, especially as a woman I shouldn't have too many soy products as they may disrupt hormone balance etc. Anyway has anybody ever used hemp protein? That sounds quite "natural"... :wink:

Exacly the same thing happened to me this week. I weighed in on Sunday and was down 2 lbs - and this Wednesday I was up 2lbs again...Will ignore this mean little evil instrument until Sunday morning ;-)

I'm exercising every day - just completed EA Active Sports 6 Week Challenge on the Wii (on "medium") but as this is a Jillian Michaels workout I'm just wondering if I'm going to die…

Ha, had that problem, too. You have to do that manually I think (at least you CAN do it manually). Go to: Tools - Tickers - Update Weight Data. Anyway, well done for losing 2.4lbs!

You just made me laugh. I always forget to lock the front door and my boyfriend always tells me off. Definitely gonna remember to lock it from now on - not too sure if I want to find out how I'd react if somebody broke into my house....
