Hey all:

I'm excited about changing my lifestyle, eating for life is now my motto. I am also encouraged about becoming a personal trainer and coach BUT I have a lot to learn.

I love meeting new people, like minded people who share my interest in learning about healthy eating for life so... Let's be friends and do this thing together.

    Your motto is mine as well. I don't diet, I work at life style changes. It isn't about lsoing the weight, it is about learning to live a life that allows you to be happy and healthy and keep teh weight off!!!!
